The location was magnificent, for example, Museum Folkwang was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. The room was neat with breakfast, we had a good rest.

The place was overall clean. I booked the double room with courtyard views. Everything was perfect. The location was great and incredible there, in a lovely area in Essen. Everything met the criteria.

Staff is great and so helpful. The area is quiet and the fantastic if you want nice restaurants, bars and local brewery.

Honestly nothing too much trouble. Warm triple room with views of street. Convenient location away from main station of Essen, and 15 minute walk from Fee. Not far from an exhibition as well as restaurant and shopping...

Only small thing was that there was only one pillow available which was quite thin. It would have been better if 2 pillows had been available.

I recently had a very good experience at a hotel in Essen. the hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk away from shops, restaurants, and the U-Bahn station. It was so convenient to explore the city! The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the rooms were well-equipped and included breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. I particularly enjoyed the attention to detail, as everything was clean and comfortable. It was definitely value for money.

It was so close to the underground and the center of the city which made everything easy and convenient. the hotel was situated in a great area. the room was very comfortable and spacious. the bathroom was clean and recently renovated. the service was top-notch. the breakfast was rich with lots of delicious options to choose from.

Finding staff at the desk was sometimes difficult.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. the location was fantastic, situated in the lively Rüttenscheid area with a wide selection of shops, cafes, and pubs just steps away on Rüttenscheider Strasse. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were always available to answer any questions and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Additionally, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, which is something I always appreciate in a budget hotel. Finally, the value for money was exceptional. I couldn't believe how affordable this hotel was considering the prime location and the overall quality of the experience. It was definitely a great find!
